Living Trust Package
$3950 for married couples / $3450 for singles
A robust estate plan, utilizing a living trust and a pour-over will to ensure your assets are distributed to whom and how you prefer. This is our recommended package as living trusts offer greater personalization with how beneficiaries receive your property and keep your assets out of the probate process.

HIPAA Waiver
Deeds to transfer 2 real estate properties into the trust (additional rates apply for 3+ properties due to state-mandated recording fees)
Will Package
$1950 for married couples / $1450 for singles
An estate plan centered around a personalized will. We recommend this package for those with total assets under $184,500, as anything larger will incur probate costs without the use of a living trust.

If you have an extremely complex estate, there may be additional charges to account for the legal research necessary to ensure your estate plan takes advantage of the latest changes in the law. Any extra charges will be completely disclosed to you following the initial consultation to give you full transparency prior to any engagement.
